Eligibility Requirements :

To purchase alcoholic beverages on the application, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a business customer with a verified alcoholic beverage license either type 1 wholesale or type 2 retail.
    • If you would like to update your customer type, please contact our Customer Service at Tel: 02-483-9199, available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, or visit the Customer Service counter at all stores, open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • Meet the minimum order quantity of 10 liters per order.
  • All promotions, coupons, vouchers, free delivery, and loyalty program including The 1 points’ earn and burn are not applicable for Alcoholic beverages purchases.
  • Orders must comply with legal restrictions on alcohol sales days (e.g., Buddhist holidays, election days).

 

Step-by-Step Guide to Purchasing Alcoholic Beverages:

1. Submit Your Alcohol License on GO WHOLESALE application

  • Before purchasing, only available for business customer, you must upload and verify your alcoholic beverage license through the application or submit the license through customer service or salesman.
    • To upload your alcoholic beverage license on GO WHOLESALE application, please click here.
  • Fill in the license expiry date. Please ensure the license is valid (not expired).
  • GO WHOLESALE will allow you to purchase alcoholic beverages on the application after validating the alcohol license (This process may take 3-5 working days).
  • You may track the review status in Account > Account Details menu.

2. Add Alcoholic Beverages to Your Cart

  • After your alcoholic beverage license has been approved, you will be able to add alcoholic beverages to cart
  • Browse the alcoholic beverages category or search for the products and add to cart. (The delivery fee is included in product price.)

  • Ensure you have reached the minimum purchase quantity from all alcoholic beverages combined at 10 liters per order. (can mix products)

4. Confirm & Pay

  • Review your order and proceed to payment.

5. Receive Your Order

  • Alcoholic beverages will be delivered according to the specified delivery time.
