ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการร่วมรายการ
  1. ชื่อกิจกรรมบริษัท เอฟแอนด์เอ็น แดรี่ส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายภายใต้ชื่อ
    “ทีพอทแจกหนัก! ลดทันที ลุ้นโชคใหญ่”
  2. ระยะเวลาร่วมกิจกรรมตั้งแต่วันที่ 13 พฤษภาคม 2569 – 23 มิถุนายน 2569
  3. เงื่อนไขการได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมชิงโชคลูกค้าที่ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ ทีพอท ข้นหวาน หรือ ทีพอท ข้นจืด ที่ร่วมรายการ ครบทุก ๆ 1,000 บาท ต่อหนึ่งใบเสร็จ รับสิทธิ์
    คูปองชิงโชคจำนวน 1 ใบ เพื่อเข้าร่วมลุ้นรับของรางวัล มูลค่ารวมกว่า 400,000 บาท
  4. การกรอกและส่งคูปองชิงโชคผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต้องกรอกรายละเอียดในคูปองชิงโชคให้ครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง ชัดเจน
    และหย่อนคูปองลงในกล่องรับชิ้นส่วน ณ จุดขายที่ร่วมรายการ ภายในวันที่ 23 มิถุนายน 2569
  5. กำหนดเวลาสิ้นสุดการแลกและส่งคูปอง
    • หมดเขตแลกคูปองรับสิทธิ์วันที่ 23 มิถุนายน 2569
    • หมดเขตการส่งคูปองชิงโชควันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2569
      บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับพิจารณาคูปองที่ส่งหลังวันและเวลาที่กำหนดทุกกรณี
  6. ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลที่มีมูลค่า ตั้งแต่ 1,000 บาทขึ้นไป
    จะต้องชำระภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายในอัตรา 5% ของมูลค่ารางวัล
    ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

      จำนวน 10 รางวัล รวมมูลค่า 79,900 บาท
    • รางวัลที่ 4: บัตรเติมน้ำมัน ปตท.
      จำนวน 80 รางวัล รวมมูลค่า 80,000 บาท
  8. วิธีและสถานที่จับรางวัลบริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการจับรางวัลในวันที่ 10 กรกฎาคม 2569
    ณ โรงแรมธาราแกรนด์ จังหวัดปทุมธานี
  9. การประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีประกาศผลผู้ได้รับรางวัลในวันที่ 17 กรกฎาคม 2569
    ผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ www.fnthaidairies.com
  10. การติดต่อและการรับรางวัลบริษัทฯ จะติดต่อผู้โชคดีตั้งแต่วันที่ 20 กรกฎาคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป
    และเริ่มจัดส่งหรือมอบรางวัลตั้งแต่วันที่ 21 กรกฎาคม 2569
    ตามเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด (รับ ณ สาขาที่กำหนด หรือจัดส่งทางไปรษณีย์)
  11. กิจกรรมมอบรางวัลใหญ่จัดกิจกรรมมอบรางวัลใหญ่ในวันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2569

  12. เงื่อนไขทั่วไป
    • ส่วนลดและของรางวัลไม่สามารถแลก เปลี่ยน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
    • บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขหรือของรางวัลโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
    • คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดในทุกกรณี

  2. Promotion PeriodFrom 13 May 2026 to 23 June 2026
  3. Eligibility to ParticipateCustomers who purchase participating Teapot Sweetened Condensed Milk or Unsweetened Condensed Milk with a total purchase of THB 1,000 per receipt will receive one lucky draw coupon to participate in the lucky draw for prizes with a total value exceeding THB 400,000.
  4. Coupon SubmissionParticipants must complete all required personal information on the lucky draw coupon accurately and drop the coupon into the designated collection box at participating stores within
    23 June 2026.
  5. Deadline for Coupon Redemption and Submission
    • Coupon redemption deadline: 23 June 2026
    • Lucky draw coupon submission deadline: 30 June 2026
      F&N reserves the right to reject any coupons submitted after the specified deadlines.
  6. Withholding TaxWinners who receive prizes with a value of THB 1,000 or more are required to pay 5% withholding tax of the prize value in accordance with Thai law.

    • Discounts and prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
